Nataša Zavišin is a founding partner at ZSP and heads ZSP’s corporate and M&A department.
She is a renowned legal practitioner with extensive experience in advising various local and regional clients. Over the years, Nataša has counselled listed and private companies, private equity houses and SMEs on issues ranging from inbound and outbound M&As, to joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters. Her most significant mandate was representing the acquirer in the largest private M&A transaction in Serbia, along with an array of legal advisory roles in key M&A transactions across various sectors.
In addition to advising on corporate law issues, Nataša also handles competition-related matters.
Stojan Semiz is a founding partner at ZSP, whose practice bridges finance and real estate law.
The finance side of Stojan’s practice includes advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on various real estate, asset and acquisition financings. While considered a leading practitioner in real estate and asset finance, he has significant experience in private equity driven cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
On the real estate and projects front, Stojan’s credentials include advising the largest foreign developer in Serbia on all aspects of a string of successful projects in Belgrade, counselling the buyer on Serbia’s largest real estate forward purchase transaction, representing a major retailer on the expansion and restructuring of its real estate portfolio, as well as counselling a number of global and regional manufacturers on Serbian greenfield and brownfield projects.
Časlav Petrović is a consultant at ZSP who specializes in corporate and general commercial law.
Before joining the private sector, Časlav held several high-profile posts in the public sector. He served as deputy CEO of the Serbian Privatization Agency, deputy CEO at the Commercial Registry and head of the legal department at Serbia’s Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.
Jasna Milosavljević is a consultant at ZSP who joined our team having worked for 12 years in two reputable regional law firms. Her prime area of expertise is real estate. During her professional career, she has advised and represented domestic as well as international investors and development companies, and has been involved in numerous real estate transactions in Serbia and Montenegro.
Her advisory covers all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions.
Jelisaveta Stanišić is a consultant at ZSP who specializes in project and real estate finance and corporate and debt finance. Since joining ZSP team in 2015, she has advised borrowers, including project and private equity sponsors, and creditors on major project financing, leverage and acquisition financing transactions.
Jelisaveta also advises on intellectual property and data protection matters.
Nikola Sugaris is a consultant at ZSP who specializes in corporate law and M&As.
Since joining ZSP, Nikola has advised private equity investors and corporate clients on acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, implementing takeovers, squeeze-outs, corporate governance and corporate finance, capital increases, capital reductions and liquidations. In addition to advising on corporate matters, he has been keenly involved in real estate investments where he has advised local and international developers on various share and asset-based transactions, real estate and land acquisitions, land use, conversion and development, construction, as well as on establishing joint ventures for major development projects in Belgrade.
Tijana Trivunović is an associate at ZSP who focuses on banking and finance.
