ZSP is a commercial law firm with a focus on corporate law, finance law and real estate law. We provide legal advice to clients that include listed and private companies, banks and financial institutions, project developers and sponsors as well as private equity funds.

Our senior lawyers have practiced commercial law through several periods in Serbian recent history – transitioning from central planning to a market economy through the ongoing process of harmonization with EU laws. With a client base comprising mostly international companies, we work and think internationally. To that end, we have established close relationships with international law firms, acting as local counsel for inbound investments or primary counsel for outbound investments.
